PRIN 2022 “GREENSOL” – GREEN-based water-lean SOLvent for CO2 capture
GASP is pleased to announce the beginning of the PRIN (Progetti di Rilevante Interesse Nazionale) 2022 project “GREENSOL” – GREEN-based water-lean SOLvent for CO2 capture, in cooperation with PERT (Process Engineering Research Team) from Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile, Chimica e Ambientale of Università di Genova.

GASP at the inauguration of CapLab
On May, 24th, GASP was invited at the inauguration of CapLab, laboratory created jointly by Ecospray and the University of Genova dedicated to the development of CO2 capture technologies in the naval and industrial sectors.
GASP visiting UniGe
On March 1st, 2023 GASP visited the colleagues from the DICCA (Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile, Chimica e Ambientale) of the University of Genova.

The GASP group has been awarded by A2A S.p.A. the research project “Cattura e utilizzo della CO2 dal Termovalorizzatore di Acsm Agam Ambiente S.r.l. (fase 2)”.
GASP visit to the Como Waste-to-Energy plant
On April 16th, 2021 GASP had the opportunity to visit the Como Waste-to-Energy (WtE) plant (Acsm Agam Ambiente Srl) for a project about CO2 capture from WtE plants and its utilization.

GASP selected for presentation at the preliminary session of ESAT 2021
The work “Modeling of the CO2-AMP-H2O system for simulation of the carbon dioxide removal absorption + regeneration process” by GASP and NTNU (Trondheim, Norway) has been selected for presentation at the preliminary session of “31st European Symposium on Applied Thermodynamics” (ESAT 2021), virtually held in Paris, France, February 8th, 2021.
